We carry out the author's accompaniment of the project in oder to get the final result. Namely: completion of construction and finishing work in full accordance with the project.

We regularly visit the facility in order to solve any questions that contractors ask. We solve problems using drawings and designs on the spot and having complex issues required more detailed study we solve them in studio. We study and check the project documentation of contractors for compliance with the General project documentation. If necessary, we adjust and coordinate their design solutions. We visit the production of contractors to study product samples. We conduct business correspondence

Based on the project, we make selection of specific finishing materials, furniture, sanitary ware, lamps, curtains, decoration items.

We carry out the selection taking into account the client's budget, availability of goods, production and delivery dates. We facilitate the conclusion of contracts, conduct business correspondence with suppliers, optimize supply logistics.

We conduct consultations and give recommendations on issues of architecture, design and construction. We recommend our partners in the production of non-standard furniture, lamps, curtains, stained-glass windows, forging, mosaics and other artistic and decorative products.

We create the artistic concept of architectural forms and interior solutions.

We develop design documentation, which includes the drawing part, visualization, specification of finishing materials.

We make recommendations on the selection of furniture, lamps, curtains, plumbing, functional items, decorating spaces using stained glass windows, mosaics, sculptures, paintings, floral compositions.
